Halloween might be months away, but AMC+ has plenty of spooky and thrilling series headed to the platform this June that will tide viewers until October. However, those who don’t prefer to be scared while watching a series shouldn’t fret; there are other options scheduled for release on the streaming service over the next few weeks. While there might not be a vast array of different genres, there’s still plenty worth diving into this summer.




With a new take on a classic Victorian monster as well as a spinoff of a wildly popular BBC series, AMC+ has a slew of options for nearly every viewer. There’s no doubt that subscribers will be able to find at least one show worth binge-watching next month. No matter what a viewer might prefer, there’s something for almost everyone heading to the streaming platform in the coming weeks.


Snowpiercer (Seasons 1-3)

Stream on June 1 & June 8

Snowpiercer is a post-apocalyptic dystopian thriller that chronicles humanity’s last hope of survival. Seven years after the planet became an unbearable frozen wasteland due to ecocide, what’s left of the population lives on a perpetually moving train that circles the globe. If the train ever stops, they all succumb to the elements and freeze to death.

Dracula is a horror drama that follows Count Dracula (Claes Bang) from his Eastern European origins to his battles with the descendants of Van Helsing, such as Sister Agatha Van Helsing (Dolly Wells). The series takes place in 1897 as the bloodthirsty Count forms his plans to destroy Victorian London with his gory crimes.

When Jonathan Harker (John Heffernan) travels to Transylvania in order to finalize the sale of a house in London, he quickly realizes he shouldn’t be there. Now stuck in an extravagant, maze-like castle, Harker discovers undead brides and a vampire with an ambition to take over the world. Based on the novel of the same name by Bram Stoker, the series offers a fresh take on an old classic and provides “new blood” for a saga that’s been told numerous times. Dracula is streaming on AMC+ on June 16.


Steeltown Murders (Limited Series)

Steeltown Murders follows DCI Paul Bethell (Philip Glenister/Scott Arthur) as he reexamines the unsolved 1973 murders of three women in Port Talbot in South Wales. Based on real events that took place in 1973 and 2002, the series chronicles the infamous “Saturday Night Strangler,” who was the first documented serial killer in Wales.


Unable to solve the murders when they first occurred, Bethell is able to utilize the advancements of 21st-century technology nearly 30 years later. As such, he’s able to piece together the killer’s identity, which finally provides closure to the victims’ families and closes the cold case. Steeltown Murders is streaming on AMC+ on June 20.

Orphan Black: Echoes (Season 1)

Orphan Black: Echoes is a Canadian science fiction thriller that follows Lucy (Krysten Ritter), a woman who undergoes a mysterious procedure before waking up with no memory of who she is. The series is set in 2025 and takes place in the same universe as its predecessor, Orphan Black.

Domino Day is a British fantasy drama that follows Domino (Siena Kelly), a powerful young witch tormented by her deep-seated need to feed on the souls of others to consume their energy. Forced to feed on humans if she wants to survive, Domino lures men on dates before feasting upon them after bringing them back to her apartment.


When she’s discovered by a local group of other witches, some want to turn her over to the Elders, while others want to protect her from them. A more powerful witch than anyone could have imagined, Domino begins to unleash a power she never knew existed inside her. Full of rage and confusion, she does her best to navigate her path after discovering what she really is. Domino Day is streaming on AMC+ on June 27.
